You can get mechanical, electrical, civil and biotechnology for sure with this rank. You can wait for the second round and try your luck for other higher branches.

The admission is based on 2 exams PESSAT and KCET. PESSAT is conducted by the college itself. The campus is good. Some part of the college campus, for now, is under construction. The placements are good, especially for the CS department. More than half of the students in CS got an offer of Rs. 12 LPA and above. For more info please visit the college website.

The main branch of PES (the one in Banshankri) no longer takes admission through COMEDK. The South Branch does take admission through COMEDK.

The fee structure for CSE through management quota was Rs. 7 lakhs per year for the last year (2017). It was Rs. 6 lakhs for the year prior to that (2016). The fee is expected to increase this year too. For the other branches, the fee is lower by 1 or 2 lakhs.

With this rank, it is very difficult. Try to look for colleges of lower ranks.
