It depends on your choice. If you have interest in chemistry and have a good rank for pharmacy then you can go for it. It is a very nice field. Otherwise, you can choose engineering, but nowadays there are so many private colleges and a huge number of student studying engineering so the scope of job for each and every student is decreasing, but if you have interest in technical study and your maths is strong then you can go for engineering because if you get a good marks at the end of your B.Tech then you will definitely get a job.

DY Patil Navi Mumbai is a better college for pharma MBA as the faculty there holds a firm grip and command over the subjects and resources that are related with pharma MBA.

When you do B.Pharma it makes complete sense to pursue Pharma MBA rather than General MBA. In general MBA, you are required to choose the functional area among marketing, hr, operations, IT or finance whereas in the Pharma MBA programme, you will do MBA in your own domain. The Pharma MBA will open lots of opportunities in pharma, devices, diagnostics, health insurance & hospitals. There will be no confusion about the choice of sector.

If you have a medical store to manage then B.Pharmacy is good, otherwise, if you only want to do graduation in management field then BBA is better. You can choose the graduation course according to your interest or the subjects in class 12th.
All the best.
