B.Pharm: 4 Year Under Graduate Course
Eligibility: For admission to B.Pharm Courses, the candidate shall have passed HSCE ( Std. XII, 10+2 pattern) in Science Stream with 45% marks for Open ( 40% for SC/ST/SEBC) in theory only or theory and practical with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics/ Biology/Bio-Technology as one of the subject in qualifying examination

As per the WBJEE eligibility criteria for B-Pharmacy, A candidate must have passed 10+2 with PCM or PCB with 45% of aggregate marks in above subjects(For General category) with English as a subject with min. 30% of marks.
Hence Math is not compulsory subject for B-Pharma in WBJEE. So you are eligible for B-Pharma course.

Yes, B.Pharma is definitely a good course. You tend to learn all the aspects of medicines as well as you owe the license for starting or working in a medical store. You can get job opportunities in reputed pharma companies as well.
