Basic eligibility to apply for this course is that candidate should have completed their class 12 exams with Mandatory Subjects : Physics, Chemistry, English, Mathematics/ Biology. Admission is through counselling based on the rank obtained in Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET). So, if you missed applying for the KCET this year, request you to apply for the KCET next year for admission to this course from Aditya Bangalore Institute of Pharmacy Education and Research

Yes, it is a very difficult exam to crack but also depends on the test taker's capability. Will you get a job depends on your profile, prior experience, exam performances etc. Which course you should take is also a very ambiguous question, if you are planning to study abroad you should know what to study and plan the route and career accordingly.

If you do it from a reputed institute like NIPER, you might get some valuable job or else do not think ever to do B.Pharma. Because B.Pharma will cost your around 2-3 Lacks, then definitely, you have to do M.Pharma for specialisation which will again cost you around 10 lacks. Now if you are postgraduate in Pharmacy and start looking for a job- what you should expect as salary and other benefits? It will be 7k-10k per month as an apprentice (means you will not get paid leaves and other benefits). And that's it. Yes, students who have PCM in class 12th are eligible for admission in Punjabi University for B.Pharmacy.Eligibility criteria:
10+2 (with 50% marks in the four compulsory subjects i.e. chemistry, physics, biology/mathematics and English taken together or equivalent examination).
Admission guidelines:
The admission to B.Pharma course is made on the basis of merit of 10+2 percentage.
