First, check whether Germany offers Ph.D in English or not. To do Masters in Pharma, you need to register with the respective country's pharmaceutical council. Also, you should understand that Master's degree courses offered in India and Master's degree courses offered abroad are totally different. Hence, I suggest you go to the UK for Master's degree and then try to do Ph.D.
