No, it is not tough if you love the subject and willing to excel in that field. Besides, Diploma you should also do law graduation to become acquainted with various laws applicable in relation to pharmacy business. Mere Diploma is not sufficient.

After completing Diploma in pharmacy, successful candidates may secure, admission directly in the 2nd academic year of Bachelor of Pharmacy course. After completing the Bachelor's program, graduates may go for advanced courses like Pharm.D (Doctor of Pharmacy), M.Pharm and PG Diploma courses.
Diploma in pharmacy certificate holders may start practising as pharmacist in India. Hello Dear,
BDS is more preferred than BAMS or B.Pharm. The cut-off score for admission into BDS is also comparatively higher than remaining.

Obviously, BDS is far better than B.Pharm in terms of career and job opportunities. You are expected to get a private dental college at this score.
