Hi Akash,
Eligibility for M.Pharma course:
The candidates must complete Bachelor of Pharmacy from an institute that is recognized by PCI or AICTE. The minimum graduation marks required are 60% for the general category candidates and 45% for the SC/ST candidates.
Candidates must also be GPAT qualified and hold a valid score in the GPAT exam.
The candidates must have passed the senior secondary qualifying examination of 12th class with a minimum pass percentage of 50% with PCM/PCB.
If you satisfy the above conditions, you may go for the course.

BHMS will seek you a degree for practising medicine. Whereas, B.Pharma will let you become only a graduate in pharmacy. You will be able to work in the production or QA or QC department in a pharma company. At max, you will be able to open your own medical shop. Yes, Jaipur is a good place to pursue pharmacy courses as there are good colleges with decent academic record and placements. There are more than 15 pharmaceutical companies including Abbot and Oasis in Jaipur, which is good for job opportunities.
Some of the popular colleges which you can go for are:
Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur
Jaipur National University, Jaipur
Maharishi Arvind College of Pharmacy, Jaipur
Sri Balaji College of Pharmacy, Jaipur
NIMS University, Jaipur

NIPER JEE or NIPER Joint Entrance Exam is conducted by National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Hyderabad for admissions to various post-graduate programmes such as:
Master of Science (MS) in Pharmacy
Master of Pharmacy (MPharm)
Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Pharmacy
Master of Business Administration (MBA) Pharmacy
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)
As such they do not offer diploma courses, but it would be advisable that you get in touch with authorities directly for details on this matter.

Entry level salary is more or less the same for almost all B.Sc. courses unless you graduate from one of the IITs or top NITs. When you take up a job as a nursing instructor, staff nurse or registered nurse immediately after clearing 12th, you can expect a consolidated pay package in the band of 2-2.8 LPA in the 1st year.

I don't think so. Some random colleges might accept you but it will be very difficult for you to cope up with the subjects like chemistry, biology, bio-chemistry, etc. You can think of taking a year's drop and take 12th again with science. If you are successful, then good- go ahead with pharmacy. Else it's like learning something for a year. It's a risk of a year.
