For B.Pharma, you should have passed your higher secondary exam from Central Board of Secondary Education or any education board equivalent thereto with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate in three science subjects (physics, chemistry and biology).

Well, it really tough to give the name of colleges which are considering 43% in 12th. Most of the colleges usually have 50% as the criteria. Relaxation is in the case where you fall under any reserved category.

BDS is higher and better degree in comparison to B.Pharm. BDS graduate can practice as a dentist. B.Pharm grads can practice as pharmacists and related jobs. BDS grads have better social and economical status.

B.Pharma has more scope. Computer Science has a lot of competition. People are going for B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc in IT. Go for pharmacy, if you want to do something different. All the best.
