No, the DPharm course is not available in distance mode at Lucknow University. The DPharm programme at Lucknow University is a regular, full-time two-year Diploma course. It focuses on providing students with fundamental knowledge and practical skills in pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacognosy, and basic pharmacology. To get admission to this course students have to meet the eligibility criteria that are explained in the above questions.

As per the 2023 Overall Placement report, more than 3,000 offers were made to the students and a total of 3,322 students got placed. Moreover, the overall average package offered stood at INR 6.30 LPA. Moreover, as per the latest report, more than 500 recruiters participated in this placement drive. GLA University DPharm admissions are entrance-based. Candidates seeking admission are required to apply and appear for the GLAET exam. The university offers both offline and online modes for application submission. The entrance test runs for one hour and consists of MCQ-type questions.

Once the test results are out, the university produces a rank list based on applicants’ scores in the exam. Based on this list, DPharm seats are allocated in the order of rank and seat intake for the respective course.
