BAMU BPharma admission is entirely entrance-based for the year 2024. Candidates seeking admission to the BPharma at BAMU are selected based on their performance in MHT CET. Candidates who have passed the Class 12 examination with a minimum of 45% aggregate conducted by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or equivalent examination from other recognised Boards can apply for admission.

There shall be supernumerary seats for the below-mentioned candidates as per the directions received from the Central and State governments and other competent authorities:
- NRI Candidates
- Foreign Candidates- 20% of Intake
