NIPER Mohali offers various PG-level and PhD courses in the field of Pharmaceutical Sciences. The PG-level courses include MS (Pharm), MPharm, M.Tech (Pharm), MBA (Pharm). To be eligible for the NIPER JEE 2024, candidates must have a bachelor's degree in pharmacy, medicine, or pharmaceutical sciences from a recognised university or institute. The minimum qualifying percentage may vary, but it is typically around 60% or 6.75 CGPA. Candidates from SC/ST categories must have at least a 55% or 6.25 CGPA as a minimum passing score.

Candidates willing to secure NIPER Mohali (SAS Nagar) MS admission must start with ensuring that they fulfil the preset eligibility criteria for their desired MS specialisation. Additionally, they must have qualified in GPAT/GATE/NET/any other National Fellowship to be eligible for admission. In order to take MS admission at NIPER Mohali, candidates are required to appear for the NIPER JEE conducted by NIPER Guwahati. The entrance exam schedule for 2025 is yet to be released. However, based on the previous years' trends, the application process for NIPER JEE starts around the last week of April. It is expected to continue till May. The exam will be held in June (tentative).

NIPER Mohali MPharm application fee depends on the candidates' reservation category. The fee must be paid while applying for NIPER JEE, the entrance exam for MPharm admission across all NIPERs.
