You would require a B. Pharm degree from any recognised university for M. Pharm in government college. Then you will have to appear for entrance exam like GPAT. Generally, it is used as a criterion for entrance to the government institutions. The government colleges offering M. Pharm courses can be applied according to your marks scored in the entrance exam. There are always specific selection criteria in place for each college, although scores for the GPAT tend to be a main selection factor. Ensure to fulfill all eligibility criteria; provide required documents and make the proper application for the relevant college.

The placements for B.Pharma graduates at SR Group of Institutions, Jhansi, are quite good where students get recruited in highly reputed pharmaceutical companies and also in healthcare organizations. Some of the tie-ups leading companies like Cipla, Mylan, Sun Pharma, and other players in the industry actively engage in campus recruitment.

The D.Pharma at Dev Bhoomi School of Pharmacy and Research would cost around INR 70,000 every year that would sum up to approximately INR 1.4 Lacs for the whole two years course. This course would involve the basic knowledge and skills in pharmaceutical sciences which would include pharmacology, drug formulation, and pharmacy practice. In addition to this, there would be one-time admission fee which would be INR 21,400. The programme is designed to equip graduates with competencies required in various pharmacy roles, thus preparing them for their healthcare and pharmaceutical careers.

In India, to open a pharmacy, you generally need to fulfill the requirements set by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). Generally, you would need a Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharm) or a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) degree to get a license to run a pharmacy. 10 years of experience in front-end pharmacy operations is worth its weight in gold, but it does not get you licensed without a qualification. One can take D.Pharm or B. Pharm and, after that, apply for a license from your state's pharmacy council.

Pharmacy colleges having attached hospitals provide the much desired on-the-job exposure under their care. In-house practice of clinical pharmacy and patient care, as well as in-hospital pharmacy management, is available at these colleges as integrated courses. Some such recognized institutes are Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, NIPER, and JSS College of Pharmacy at Mysuru. But as far as K. K. College of Pharmacy, it doesn't have its hospital. However, clinical exposure is usually gained by the students through collaborations with nearby healthcare facilities. Contact the college directly for more information on this.
