The admission criteria in Accurate Group of Institutions in this B.Pharma programme state that the candidate should have passed his/ her 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/ Mathematics as optional subjects. For general category students, a minimum aggregate percentage of 50% in these subjects is required but reserved category candidates may have the minimum percentage relaxation. 
Also, admission could be based on the result of the entrance examination or merit-checking depending on the policy of the institution. Participants or qualified candidates also have to go through counselling sessions

According to shiksha, two entrance exams are accepted for admissions in B.Pharma at Koustuv Research Institute of Medical Science:-

  1. OJEE (Odisha Joint Entrance Examination). 
  2. NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) . 

So you need to appear in any one of these entrance exams. Cutoff will be released according to entrance exam scores of applicants and seats intake. You need to qualify in cutoff in order to secure your seat. The next NEET exam is expected to be conducted in may next year. And OJEE till june 2025. So if you are planning to take admission, you are adviced to prepare for entrance exams.
