Candidates applying for MPharm programme at Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences have to pay an application fee of INR 3,000. There is a relaxation of INR 1,000 for SC, ST candidates. The application fee is non-refundable. Candidates have to pay the fee in the form of DD in the name of "Finance Officer, UPUMS" payable at Saifai.

Candidates seeking admission to the BPharma programme of CSJMU must submit the following documents at the time of admission:

• Class 10 Mark sheet & Certificate
• Class 12 Mark sheet & Certificate
• DPharma Mark sheet (for Lateral Entry)
• Transfer certificate or Migration certificate
• Recent passport size photograph
• Education Gap certificate (if applicable)
• Caste certificate (For reserve category candidates)
• Valid Non-creamy layer certificate if applicable
• Domicile certificate
• Defence/Army personal certificate if applicable
• Aadhar Card
• EWS certificate (if applicable)

Jadavpur University CUET PG Cutoff 2024 is yet to be released for admission to the PG courses. The CUET PG Exam is the qualifying exam for admission to various MPharma, MA and other courses.
