To get admission into the Pharmacy course, students have to complete their 10+2 education & apply for national level or state level Pharmacy entrance exam. You can also apply for the state level exams such as TS EAMCET 2020, Andhra Pradesh EAMCET 2020, BCECE 2020, WBJEE 2020, etc. As per the eligibility criteria of the exams.

DIPSAR Pharmacy Admission is based on the merit-list. A few institutes also provide direct admission based on the candidate's performance at the 10+2 level. Some of such entrance exam conducted in India are: GPAT.

Yes, you can enter into M.Tech. but for that first you have to do M.Pharma and then after qualifying GATE you can get admission in M.Tech. in any of these branches you want.
to enter directly after B.Pharma you cam join M.Tech. in Nanotechnology in Delhi University for this you have t go through IIT-JAM and you can get admission in M.Tech. without M.Pharma. and from this course you'll get a chance to study in abroad like in Germany, Japan.

Firstly, stop telling your marks are not good. Marks doesn't define you infact you should be proud of your marks because you gave your best. Now about your M.Pharma abroad is absolutely possible
You must appear for GRE. For all international courses, GRE is essential. With your GRE score approach foreign universities. In this case you need to reach German universities. Their admission committee will answer your queries and they will tell you the further steps you need to take for getting an admission. No,MD in homeopathic medicines is allowed after BHMS, not in allopathic which is exclusively for allopathic graduates (MBBS).
