MBS is a 5.5-year degree which more oriented towards clinical and therapeutic aspects. While B.Pharma is a 4-year degree more oriented towards industry approach less clinical/therapeutic approach. However, you can work in the clinical field also and can enter the research and development sector after M.Pharma.

MS is the highest degree among all. So, best is to go for that. Other options are also available for you like MBA and M.Pharma. But for a great future, you must clear GRE and take a seat at any international university and become MS.
