Yes, you can take admission in B.Pharma after BSc as the criteria for B.Pharma admission is 12th and CET so yes, you can do graduation in pharmacy.
If you want to do pharmacy for getting licence and run a medical store then go for D Pharm instead of B pharm and if you want a job in pharma industry then you can get it on your current degree also in quality control department or any other analytical department if you have completed your Bsc in chemistry.

B.Pharma is possible, if someone has 60% aggregate marks in Diploma (Pharmacy) (2 years after 10+2) (Diploma should be recognised by PCI) or equivalent, subject to qualifying entrance exam. You can consider below-listed colleges for pharmacy. Bombay College of Pharmacy - Mumbai
Lovely Professional University - Jalandhar
Maharaja Sayajirao University Of Baroda - Baroda
Birla Institute of Technology - Ranchi
Goa College of Pharmacy, Panaji
Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi
Institute Of Chemical Technology - Mumbai.

There are lot of scope. I am going to talk about the paths commonly opted by students:Getting a job directly after B. Pharma: Graduates who do not wish to pursue post graduate studies or plan on doing them later try to get jobs after B.Pharma. Jobs are usually offered in the field of sales and marketing. Some also work as pharmacists in hospitals whereas some are able to secure jobs at manufacturing facilities of pharmaceutical companies. Some also set up their own pharmacy. MBA after B. Pharma: Some students pursue MBA after B.Pharma whereas some pursue it after gaining a few years' experience (usually in sales and marketing).
