NIPER JEE 2026: Counselling (Ongoing), Dates, Result, Cutoff & Merit List

NIPER Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) is a national-level entrance test conducted for admission to the Master and PhD programmes at all campuses of National Institutes of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPERs). Admission to the M.S. (Pharm.)/ M.Pharm. /M.Tech./ MBA (Pharm.) programmes are based on the NIPER JEE score.

The entrance test is conducted by each NIPER institute on a rotational basis. Candidates who wish to get admisison to the above-mentioned programmes need to appear and qualify the entrance test. Candidates must fill and submit the form online to appear for NIPER JEE. The qualifying students need to participate in the NIPER JEE counselling process to get admission to NIPER's campuses. There are seven campuses, namely: NIPER (Mohali), NIPER Raebareli, NIPER Kolkata, NIPER Ahmedabad, NIPER Hajipur, NIPER Hyderabad and NIPER Guwahati.

The authority released the NIPER JEE counselling form online. Candidates who have qualified in NIPER JEE must complete the registration and choice filling online. They have to list their preferred institutes and courses in order of priority. The process to register for NIPER JEE counselling is mentioned below.

NIPER JEE 2026 Counselling Fee

Candidates need to pay a counselling fee to exercise choice filling. The fee is accepted online. NIPER JEE counselling fee varies for each category. The fee details are mentioned below.

• NIPER JEE counselling fee is INR 1000/ for (General/OBC/EWS/PwBD) and INR 500 for (SC/ST).

List of Documents to Upload:

• Birth certificate/ Matriculation certificate indicating date of birth
• UG/PG certificate/ marksheet (if awarded).
• If appearing, UG/PG mark sheet (upto 7th semester).
• Candidates whose final semester exam will be completed on or before July 31, 2026 and whose final result has not been declared must upload:
  • A bona fide certificate issued by the concerned College/University, stating that the candidate had appeared in the final semester exam of the qualifying degree.
  • An undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/- by the candidate, stating that if the result is not declared by college / university till September 15 2026 or the candidate fails in the qualifying exam, he/she will have no claim to the allotted seat.
• GPAT/GATE/NET scorecard (if applicable).
• Aadhaar Card / Valid ID

Important notes:

• Candidates must carry the above-mentioned document in original at respective campus while joining.
• If there is a mismatch between the uploaded and original documents, the admission is liable to be withdrawn.

NIPER JEE Exam Seat Matrix

Below is the seat distribution of various programmes offered at seven NIPER institutes across India:

Students must carefully read the NIPER JEE eligibility requirements before filling out the application form. Only those who meet the eligibility requirements will be considered eligible for admission to NIPER institutions' master's and doctoral programmes. Below are the basic competencies that make a candidate eligible:

• He/She should have a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or an equivalent programme or a Master’s degree in the corresponding programme according to the course they seek to apply for.
• Students should have secured 60% or 6.75 GPA (55% or 6.25 CGPA for SC /ST and 50% or 5.75 GPA for PH students) in aggregate in the qualifying exam.
• NIPER exam candidates should also have a valid GATE/NET or GPAT score.

NIPER JEE 026 Application Form 

NIPER JEE registration process is over. The application form was available online at niper.gov.in/niperjee2026/jee. Candidates had to check the NIPER JEE eligibility criteria before filling out the application form. NIPER JEE application process includes registration, form filling, document uploading and payment of application fees. Candidates had to apply for NIPER JEE 2026 by May 23, 2026. • Go to the NIPER website, niper.gov.in
• After that, click on the NIPER JEE registration link and create a new user ID and password.
• Log in to their accounts by clicking the link sent to the registered email ID after the registration process.
• Students have to provide all the details in the application form, such as Name, Address, Date of Birth, Father’s Name, Category, and Subject applied for.
• After filling out the application form, candidates must pay the application fee.
• The application fee is payable via Credit or Debit card, Net Banking, or e-Challan
• A confirmation page will appear after the payment is made, and candidates now have to submit and initiate a digital signature.
• Upload photo ID proof and address proof, 10th and 12th Mark sheets, reservation certificate (if applicable), medical certificate (if applying under the handicapped category), valid GATE, GPAT, or NET scorecard (if applicable), and a passport-sized photograph along with the digital signature.

The authority released the NIPER JEE 2026 exam centre list online. NIPER JEE 2026 exam was conducted at 21 cities across the country. Candidates had to select their exam centre preference while filling the application form. The exam authority released the NIPER JEE exam pattern 2026 online. Candidates can check the exam pattern of NIPER JEE 2026 to know the marking scheme, exam mode, test duration, types of questions, and more. NIPER JEE 2026 was conducted as a computer-based test. The question paper of NIPER JEE consists of 200 multiple-choice questions. There are two sections: Section A will have 80 questions based on General English, Aptitude, Reasoning, General Knowledge, etc. While Section B will have 120 questions based on the B.Pharm syllabus. NIPER JEE 2026 Syllabus

The NIPER exam syllabus 2026 is largely based on the qualifying exam curriculum. Questions from the course layout, general pharmaceutical sciences, and general aptitude are all included in the syllabus. Students can access the NIPER JEE 2026 syllabus for the PhD and MPharm/MS programmes.
