For being an IPS you need to be a graduate in any stream.
UPSC organise exams for IPS. No matter what stream is your, crack UPSC exam n be an IPS. Start your prep. read national daily. watch news channels especially DD news. cut and paste important info n news. Magazines like india today and pratiyogita darpan are also useful.

MPhil is an advanced postgraduate research degree. MPhil is a lesser qualification thanPhD in which the student is expected to master a specific area in their subject and can be completed in two years' full-time study. The MPhil dissertation is normally shorter than the PhD thesis. In some of the universities M Phil is the prerequisite degree for PhD. Lot of students continue research of their MPhil thesis and complete their Phd easily. M Phil is a stepping stone for teaching and research career.

Since you have a degree in computer science and you also like research and reading, you may go for a job that offers you to use both something like research analyst / data analyst. Just explore a little more and you won't hv to change your career completely as the job market is full of diverse jobs these days.

Philosophy is all about knowing the whys related to human existence and the purpose of it. Broadly it includes ethics, logics, theories, society etc. You may pursue Masters and appear for NET to become a professor.
You may also go for MBA to contribute to the ever growing needs of CSR/ management ethics and policies. Research/ UPSC / Banking etc are few other options. Make a right combination of your skills nd abilities.

Hi,
Ideally you should pick M.E/M.TECH in Aerospace Engineering or MBA for exploring plethora of opportunities.
However, if philosophy interests you deeply, then you can pursue M.A Philosophy. The basic eligibility criterion for pursuing M.A Philosophy is having a graduation degree in any stream.
However, many of the reputed universities demand graduation degree with Honors in Philosophy or Philosophy as one of the subjects studied in graduation from any of the recognized college/university.
Some even ask for a minimum of 45-50% marks in graduation as qualifying criteria to secure admission in this course and some also conduct an entrance
