Yes, sure, you can.
It doesn't matter if you have done Hons. in Philosophy. The eligibility for B.A. Fine Arts in DU is 10+2 qualification in any stream with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
However, the cut-off plays an important role. So you must crack the cut-off of the same.

The NET Exam is one of the best career options available for you.

Pass in Part-I/Previous of the relevant course from Kurukshetra University. Provided that a candidate who has to reappear in not more than 50% Papers of Part-I shall also be eligible for provisional admission to Final/Part-II Class of the relevant course, subject to passing the remaining paper(s) of part-I in the permissible number of chances.

There are no entrance exams for any humanities (BA), Commerce (B.Com) and Science (B.Sc) related courses as of now. Students are given admission on the basis of the percentage they have scored on their board exams.

Philosophy along with Psychology is possible in a few colleges that come under the University of Delhi. You can either go for B.A. Programme with two core subjects of your choice, I. e. Philosophy and Psychology, or have a major in Philosophy/Psychology along with the other subject as your general elective (Which you'll be studying or 4 semesters and will be your minor). I would recommend you to go for major in a subject and minor in another one.

Admission Guidelines for MA in Philosophy from University of Mumbai, Kalina Campus is mentioned below:
If your Bachelor's degree is in the same course in which you are seeking admission, with 6 papers on that subject, you will be admitted on the basis of merit. If it is 3 papers, you will have to appear for an interview.
