Hi, D. Ed (Diploma in Physical Education) is a two-year duration Diploma level physical education programme offered at different universities and colleges in India. The course is usually available as a full-time programme, however, some universities also offer part-time/ distance learning D.Ed courses to students. You can add physical education only if that is one of the major subjects for your qualifying exam. And the college also has a list of subjects acceptable as the best 4, so check with the college before you do anything

No I don't think you can do that. Provided physical education was one of the core subjects that you took an exam in the boards or qualifying exam.

2.5% is usually deducted on the inclusion of the additional subject. this can differ from college to college and you should check the brochure to know about the method of calculation of percentage
