The entrance exam is conducted by the by the Department of Physical Education & Sports Sciences, University of Delhi.

As per me, the minimum age is 20 years and maximum age is 25 year, or depends college to college.

You can directly apply to the college, provided you have cleared you qualifying exam with at least 50% marks, Diploma is also accepted.

Yes, of course. Many commerce students in IPM took Physical Education at 10+2 level (Class XIIth) as electives. The IPM committee has lifted the restriction for Subjects and stream in Class XII, So the criteria for admission remains just in your percentage scores at Board Exams. All the Best.
