Hi Ashfaque, well, there are basically two ways to study in India either by self-financing or on scholarships provided. Indian embassy offers scholarships to a lot number of Nepalese students. The exam is quite easier if you are from Madesh or educationally underprivileged district classified by GoN. Yes, you can do it in any stream. But it depends upon the university where you want to take admission for your M.Sc. Some universities have their own entrance exam to get enrolled in that particular university. So now decide from where you want to do M.Sc and then go ahead with it.

Dear Ajay,
It strictly depends upon what field of science (or physics) fascinates you more. Because there are plenty of courses are available. You need to be very much selective. However, I can refer you certain courses (or skills) which surely help you to succeed in your career. Being a physics student you need to learn about programming (especially R and Python), additionally you must have a very good understanding about statistics and machine learning.
