Hi,
The answer to this is subjective. If you want to pursue MBBS, but not getting in India, then you can consider to study MBBS from Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, Philippines, etc., rather than adjusting for Physiotherapy.
As MBBS is a course which has high demand in India and India needs qualified doctors.
It is very important to choose good universities, listed with MCI.

Hi Abhi,
B.Sc in Physiotherapy is an undergraduate course. The duration of this course is 3 to 4 years (depending on the university that offers the course). The course study mainly covers the method and techniques used in the eradication of diseases via physical exercises.
The modern methods in physiotherapy treatment such as electrotherapy, rehabilitation therapy, etc., are also covered under the course. Further, physiotherapy also has a vast range of career options to choose. People can either work in India or go abroad and flourish their career in physiotherapy.
