If that Diploma is equivalent to Class 12th, and you have scored 50% marks aggregate, then you can go ahead for CPL Training.

Money doesn't matter unless you get brain and merit. There are loads of scholarships for a deserving and talented student. For getting admission in IGRUA you need to give the entrance examination, as you have mentioned your marks you are eligible to give the entrance. The entrance comprises of a written exam where PCB is the main subjects along with GK and English. Then comes interview where mostly Aerodynamics is asked. It is better to join a cadet programme rather than a flying school because in a flying school only CPL is provided at the cost of 30 to 35 lakhs rupees and after that a type rating is required which will cost another 30 to 35 lakhs rupees and it has to be done abroad as no flying school in India can type rate you. Also, there is no job guarantee. While in cadet programmes you are there responsibility, all your expense are taken by them and there is job security.

Well, the demand is currently very low, and the aviation industry, in general, has not performed well compared to previous financial years. So, I don't think new pilots would get a good opportunity, especially since the pilots from JET airways are being taken by other airlines.
