NZ licence is recognized everywhere, so there is no problem if you need to exchange it for some other.
Beautiful area to train in. The North Island has better flying weather and no language problem either.

Your CPL costs can be roughly divided into 6 areas assuming you do it all in India:
1. Cost of flying (Including single and multi-engine rating).
2. Cost of ground studies and examinations.
3. Cost of auxiliary documents like: medicals and RTR (A) license.
4. Cost of living.
5. Cost of renewing your instrument rating (recurrent every 1 year).
6. Cost of type rating (The most important, and often ignored cost).
I. Cost of flying: Approximately – Rs.20.5 lakhs to Rs.22 lakhs.
II. Cost of ground studies and examinations: Approximately Rs.1.5 lakhs to Rs.2.25 lakhs.
III. Cost of medicals / RTR examination: Rs.6000 to Rs.12,000 for do

No institute will give you placement after your training. You have to go and search it by your own.
The best institute for pilot training are:
-Bombay flying Club.
-Gondia flying club.
-Chimes aviation.
-Hyderabad flying club.
There are lots of hurdle a pilot have to face to reach the dream cockpit.

To become a commercial pilot :
* You need to first possess a Student Pilot License. You must be over 17 years of age and have completed 12th in Science (Physics and Mathematics) with 50%.
* Your vision in one eye must be perfect. In general medical terminology, it is called 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6.
General physical fitness is mandatory. You must be free of any disease that can hamper normal function.
* You need to register at a flying club which is recognized by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India.
* Next is Private Pilot Lic

60 lacs is the minimum cost for flying training in USA. As it includes your flight training , Your hostel charges and other expenses. As only 200 hrs fight is not enough to be a pilot you also have to do ratings of different aircrafts that also cost you around 15 lacs per rating. Flying in USA is expensive but its worthy.

No one, because the flying cost of a cessna 172 aircraft which is a training aircraft is around 11000 per hour. and you have to do 200 hours in different aircraft with night flying also with ground classes. the total cost for full training in India will be around 28 lacs minimum.

If you have done your pilot training from India and have Indian pilot license issued by DGCA then for job in US and UK you have to go there and convert your Indian pilot license to their civil aviation authority rule then only you can fly in that country . Before that you have to find a job which is really not easy in these countries
