It depends upon you how much you can afford , for being a pilot with job you need at least 1 crore to complete your all training.

Hello Hitanshu Dhone,
When tested by pure-tone audiometer, an applicant with a hearing loss, in either ear separately, of more than 35 dB at any of the frequencies 500, 1 000 or 2 000 Hz, or more than 50 dB at 3 000 Hz, shall be assessed as unfit.

Orient Flying school is a good school with new aircraft for training. No flying school guarantees for a job. You have to work hard after CPL and rating to get job. Kindly go through this article about CPL:

B.Sc. in Aviation (B.Sc. AV) is an undergraduate course in science and operations in flying airplanes, helicopters, gliders, etc. An integral factor for being eligible for this course is that the candidate must have completed 10+2 and passed HSC examination with subjects like physics, chemistry and mathematics with a minimum of 50% marks, from a recognised school in India.
Like all undergraduate programs, B.Sc. AV is a three years course. This course is often confused with B.Sc (Hons) in Aviation Management. Admission to the program is based on merit marks scored in 10+2 and/or personal interview by colleges.

Please select your flying club with all good aspects like aircraft, infrastructure, etc. Both are good but there are lots of good flying clubs also.
