For construction management I have not heard much about mitcom. NICMAR in Pune is very good you can try for that.

MBA Project Management by distance learning is offered by few universities such as Alagappa University, Tamil Nadu. It will be better for you to do PMP or PRINCE2 certification. Further, it is advised that you may evaluate doing MBA Operations Management which also includes Project Management subjects. MBA Operations Management is offered by IGNOU, Symbiosis, Sikkim Manipal university etc. You may also evaluate MBA Consultancy Management form BITS Pilani, which is most suitable MBA for you.

RICS one of the best college for construction management after NICMAR and SCMHRD. The infrastructure, faculty and placements are very good. You can go for it.

I recommend that you apply to universities in other states as well, rather than restricting yourself to one state. Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey offers Masters in enterprise project management. You can also consider Masters in Project Management offered by New York University and Northwestern University.

If you secure over 50% in UG, then you can appear in CAT exam and score high to get admission in higher rank institutes.

New Zealand has less job opportunities in comparison with Canada.
