US is not a good option, unless you get into a very good university. For your desired program, you can opt for Australia, Canada and Germany. You can check the skilled occupation list of each country to check skills and professions in demand.

Glad to know that you still want to do more in studies. I found some institutes which provide you e-course for the same which you can complete in 180 days only and also lectures and classes are there. So, you can definitely pursue this course after your studies.

You can fairly expect anything between 5-7 LPA on average and can be higher depending upon your background qualifications and accomplishments plus how much the organisation is ready to shell out.

It is up to the university if they will give you the admissions. Admission decisions are not taken by the people outside of the university. Instead of asking if you will get admission find out how you can increase admission chances that will serve you better. Your grades are not too high but good to go with. Prepare a nice SOP outlining why you want to do Project Management and what are your plans related to your career. Reference letters from your teachers are also important. Visit the university website for exact details regarding admission information.

The best is to do PMP certification for project management as it is very relevant and recognized in industry as well.
