Placement were okay to good last term. With avg CTC of 5.5 LPA and a highest CTC of 12 LPA. Marketing looked very bright and opportunities brought in for marketing candidates were good here with finance filling the second position. Operations and hr were avg I would say as few of these candidates were finally placed in sales and marketing jobs.

Campus placements were good for marketing this year with finance the second best. Companies for operations and hr were less this time around with few of these candidates got placed in sales and marketing jobs. Top companies include TCS bserve, Karl tech, HCL infosystems, kotak bank, axis bank, southindian bank, idea, Hyundai, zoho, wildcraft, deloite etc.

Companies like Karl tech, zoho, TCS bserve, HCL infosystems, Hyundai are regular visitors for placements. Yes, both PGDM and MBA holds same weightage here.

It's definitely a worth to invest 7 lakhs in PGDM, as ROI can be attained in a year mostly or less than 2 years max. There is no differences in Placements for both MBA and PGDM in PSGIM. With marketing candidates will have greater benefit in terms of placements followed by finance, operations a d Hr.

The avg CTC is around 5.5 LPA and with a highest CTC of 12LPA. PSGIM has a 5 months long placement period starting from Oct. Placement opportunities for operations is bit dull the current year, with only 5 to 6 core operation companies came in for placements, selecting 5 to 8 candidates each. Rest of the operations candidates had also got placed, but in different profiles like sales and marketing.
