Hi. Admission to M.Phil Psychology course is based on the performance of students in an entrance exam conducted by colleges or universities. The most common entrance exam is the RAT (Research Aptitude Test) with minimum 55% in master degree. You can do from JMI, New Delhi, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, University of Madras.

Yes. Without a Bachelor's degree in psychology, you can pursue an M.A. Or M.Sc. In psychology. The eligibility requirements will differ from one university to the next. If you want to study it for yourself definitely you can grab materials and read it even you can work with asylums, ngo too after a knowledgeable approach.
