You can pursue MA in applied psychology. Delhi University and many other university offers this course. Admission is based on the entrance exam for Post-graduation. Hi,
You don't need to join any study center as you easily get admission in Jain University for studying in diploma in sports psychology as the eligibility for this course is that the candidate must have passed in graduation with 50% and score good in Jain Entrance Test (JET) which you can do without any study center.

Yes, definitely. The B.A. Degree doesn't really hamper your foray into an M.Sc. Later on. Most M.Sc. Psychology (Whatever your intended specialization be) courses allow B.A. And B.Sc. Psychology candidates, both. Your usually only laying a foundation in psychology at the undergraduate level, and its pretty much provided whether you have taken a B.A. Or a B.Sc.
