Hi,
You need to begin by completing a Bachelor's degree in psychology. You may look for BA in Psychology courses. You need to however check the eligibility of different colleges before applying.
For further career growth you can consider taking a Masters-PhD in the same and also by focusing on your desired area of specialization such as clinical psychology, community psychology, academics psychology, etc.

Lady Shri Ram College of Women and Gargi are the best colleges to pursue BA psychology.
LSR offers an honors degree in psychology.
Whereas, Gargi College offers a degree in applied psychology.
However, when it comes to which college is better, Lady Shri Ram College for Women is any day better than Gargi. The faculty here is really experienced.
However, if applied psychology is something that you'd like to study then go for Gargi.
