UG MBBS COURSE -
Students from various parts of the country can take admission in the institute as per rule (15% of seats are allocated on the basis of selected NEET (UG) candidates & 3% of seats are of Central Government Nominee) Rest 82% seats are allotted to the State candidates on merit, who have successfully cleared NEET (UG).

I think you're asking about the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). They're not just for M.A. English but for all courses the admission process is through entrance exams. Till last year it was there their own entrance exam was conducted but for 2022 it is going to be through the Central University common eligibility test (CUCET). So only if you crack the entrance you'll get admission to JNU.
