Punjab undoubtedly tops the list. But, at the same time we have terribly good agricultural colleges in Tamilnadu, Pune, Gujrat, Madhya Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh.
Coming to Punjab, Punjab Agricultural University-Ludhiyana, Khalsa College-Amritsar and RIMT University are the best.

Hi Diya,
Both the institutes are good and it is very hard to compare them. Allen, Jaipur may have an upper hand over Chandigarh in terms of course structure and teaching methodology.

Not necessary, you can also take admission directly there as its one of best colleges specially for software branches every year. It provides good placement. Go through college site & put you registration they will call you.
