Chandigarh Group of Colleges is a good college to pursue engineering. It has a good placement record as well as average overall rankings. You can proceed with the admission in the college. However, there are even better options available which you should go for. If you are eligible for CGC then you can also apply for some other better colleges if you want and may also avail scholarships. Giving you a few suggestions -

It would be a tough call to get NIT with this much score in JEE mains but you can wait for the counseling.
