Anyhow a percentile of 65 is sufficient for admission to the B.Sc programme but meeting the minimum percentile is just the eligibility criteria and does not gurantee admission. The cutoffs for every year is subjective to change. But,

The students get selected on the basis of BVP CET along with the minimum percentage in class 12th which is 45%. The percentile is subjective to availability and cut offs for every year. It has state-of-the-art infrastructure with well-equipped laboratories, class rooms. The courses begin from 60K and range upto 2.5L. Thus if Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Information Technology and Biotechnology, is expensive or not depends on individual to individual and various other factors.
