Yes. RMVCC, Rahara a good college for B.Sc. Hons. In Microbiology. Because college is providing the best lab facilities to the microbiology students. Several bacterial mother cultures are available in order to provide good practical knowledge, along with this a proper sanitization is done in lab in order to contaminate the bacteria on walls and floors. And the various best placements are provided by the college. Many of the students are working in research laboratories and ICTC, VCTC labs .ect 

You can join RMVCC, Rahara without CUET for B.Sc.Hons. in mathematics. But you need to write college entrance exam or other exams like UGC-NET or CSIR-NET exam . College exam or these exams score can make you to allow into this college. Otherwise you can't allowed to sit in class .
