You may take graduation in management studies this will help you to study further in brand management.

It depends on where you seek your career growth. If it is within your organisation, understand what they need. Few options are pursuing SAP MM module, pursuing a course in lean management such as Six Sigma from reputed institutes, etc.

The budget is low considering your area of interest. Best institute for this is IIFT and the course fee goes up to around 3 LPA. Alternate option is to do MBA from Pondicherry University in international business which will be within your budget but you should not expect good placement package.

Doing MBA along with your job is risky. If you score enough and can pursue full-time, it's always preferred. But in any case, NITIE, JB, SP Jain, SIMSREE are some of the institutes that you may want to try.
