If you have very good grades, you can opt for a M.Sc. Check for admission requirements and then decide. If you have a decent profile, go and apply to a PGDM program. Many PGDM programs allows students to complete a Masters from a nearby university so you can check all options.

The minimum eligibility criterion for admission in MBA in SCM in the majority of B-Schools is at least a 3-years of Bachelor's degree in any subject from a recognised university with atleast 50 percent marks or equivalent.
