In today's market the largest share of revenue in most businesses comes from the retail sales. Retail is just not limited to supermarkets and shopping malls but has much broader meaning and reach as whatever we get to see selling around us involves retail operations.

Fees differentiate from college to college. It will range somewhere between Rs. 3lakhs- Rs. 8lakhs.

Hi Kareena,
In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program in Retail Management you need:
Graduation in any field with at least 50% aggregate marks to be eligible to apply.Then, you need to clear the selection process of the B-school, starting with an entrance test accepted by the B-School. For e.g. CAT, MAT, SNAP, CMAT.

Graduation is required for any master degree. As you are interested in pursuing Retail management course you need to pursue your graduation. first.

Hi Mohit,
After completing your SCM course you can earn between Rs 10,000 and Rs 15,000 per month as a beginer in this field. After a year or two of experience, you can expect a package of Rs 18,000 to Rs 22,000 a month. Those working at a higher level can easily earn Rs 8 to Rs 12 lacs a year.

After completing Retail Management course one can expect starting package ranging between Rs. 4lakhs- 6lakhs (depending on the institute, educational background etc,).
