Uni-assist takes around 6 weeks to process an application. If the application is complete, the uni-assist forwards the application to Rhine Waal Uni. After this, it can take up to 2 more weeks until a final decision is made.

Foreign citizens can apply via Uni-Assist for admission to both Bachelor's and Master's courses of Rhine Waal Uni. For Bachelor's degree courses, High School Diploma or Secondary School leaving certificate is required. Whereas for admission to the Master's degree courses, a Bachelor's degree with minimum GPA is required. APS Certificate is a compulsory requirement.

At Rhine Waal Uni, 9 Master's courses are taught in English. For admission to this courses, a minimum of 2.0 - 2.5. English language requirement varies as per courses. Study areas for these English taught courses are-
- MSc Bionics
- MSc Mechanical Engineering
- MSc Biological Resources
- MSc Economics and Finance
- MSc Usability Engineering
- MA Design and Interaction

Yes, there is no tuition fees to study at Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences. But, there is a semester fee of EUR 365.10 (Around INR 40k). Students have to also pay the living expenses. In Germany, the per month living expenses can be around EUR 1,150 per month (Around INR 1.25 L).
