Hello,
As of now, SP Jain offers PGDM in only four streams - Finance, Marketing, IT/Information Management, and Operations. There is no scope for the HR stream.

Hello,
You cannot get admission in SP Jain (or any reputed B-school for that matter), since one needs to score at least 50% marks in graduation to be eligible.

Hello! If the job was full-time in nature, and you have the required work experience certificate, then yes it will be considered by all the B-schools as a relevant job experience.

It is good that you have 3 year of work experience, and it will surely give you more point in the admission process. You must keep in mind that different colleges have different weightage for different aspects. All the best.
