CAT and GMAT are the only other exams that SPJIMR accepts. You should have cleared the sectional cut offs mentioned at http://www.spjimr.org/pgdm/admission-shortlist-process.aspx

PGDM from SPJIMR is a renowned brand and has been around for a long time and hence I wouldn't say that they are comparable. The PGDM at SPJIMR would be my personal choice anytime.

For the interview you cannot change the specialization. Change of specialization is possible after first year owing to certain guidelines. But the specialization you have been called for is based on the preferences you have given and your profile.
