As this gives you a fair idea of the profile that you would be performing after choosing your specialization, however one added advantage that marketing has is the addition commission/incentive that are associated with the department hence you get better income.

Marketing is a field where you get to sell your product to the customer and HR is completely different, where you have to organize your human resource. Both HR and Marketing have good and equal scope, if one has the required skill sets. HR guys are dynamic, they learn the business process, understand it, work on it for bringing the best candidates as per the business requirements and bring value to HR initiatives. Marketing jobs that involves travel within the city. MBA Marketing equips you better for a very critical activity of any business. So, the choice is yours, evaluate yourself, skills, academics and interest and build the career either in HR or Marketing.
