16 years of education is not mandatory to study Master's degree in Germany. They accept 15 years or three years Bachelor's degree. You only need 16 years of education to study in USA and Canada.

If you have selected IT then THE best option is to select either Marketing or HR because both the streams require IT skills to operate software like HRIS, Digital Marketing, SEO or SMO. More options are available with Marketing. Finance also play a role in this as it makes use of SAP, Tally and other software. Best options are marketing and finance.

There are two types of profiles in marketing:
1) Hard core sales, lead/client generation making distributor with target oriented job, that is sales profile.
2) Sales team management, customer relations and achieve target through your sales team, market research through team but this segment is not broad.
To get the 2nd profile which is sustainable, it is better to go through CAT. Feel free to write.

You can pursue any course. Just sharpen your communication skills and shoot for the jobs. You will get a good marketing job. Further, there is a possibility to have added advantage with “Digital Marketing Course” or SAP sales and distribution course.
