Admissions these days are based on some or the other entrance exam. Hence, marks of 12th don't matter much. However, I would like to point out to you that more than 45% marks of fresh engineering graduates could not get jobs last year. Yes, you can pursue integrated B.Ed+M.Ed. You will need to appear for Sambalpur University entrance exam for admission. The syllabus of the exam has not been mentioned on the official website of the university. I would suggest you contact the university directly for the information.
