Yes, you can join SIMATS without TANCET, but you will need CAT/MAT/CMAT or any other valid score to join MBA. You cannot join MBA without entrance exams.
You must register for the TANCET exam and submit an application to colleges in Tamil Nadu that recognize TANCET scores for MBA admission if you want to pursue an MBA.
Alternatively, you might apply to CAT/MAT programs and pursue MBA admission.
