The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main cutoff scores and rankings, as well as the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) test results, are used to determine admission to the Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences (SIMATS) B.Tech programme. Even though a percentile range of 70–75 can be suggestive, it's important to remember that admission requirements might change from year to year depending on things like the volume of applications and how competitive the applicant pool is.

The cut-off list date varies depending on the type of entrance exam and the programme. The cut-off will be released after the results of the entrance exams. For example. for B.Tech it is TNEA, For MBA it is TANCET, For M.Sc it is NEET-SS or NEET MDS.
