Yes gargi, you can apply through xat score to take admission in MITSOM. You have to go through CAP rounds of counselling done by dte Maharashtra.
1. Fill the form for CAP rounds on www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in
2. Provide the college option as MITSOM
3. Follow procedure by dte.
Cut off xat goes above 90.

Hi Kiran, ATMA scores are eligible to apply through CAP rounds by dte to fill all India seats. But you need scorecard for entrance exam while filling up the form for CAP rounds. So, if you get scores of ATMA before filling up CAP registration it is possible. Otherwise it is not possible.

Hello Sarang, As MHCET had scrapped gd/pi 3years back. There is no gd/pi only you have to clear cut off and take admission through CAP rounds.

Hello Kiran, In MITSOM many companies come for placements. Some companies asks for 60% throughout in academics whereas some don't. That depends on the company's policies. So, you can appear for placements in companies which don't have criteria of 60%.
